All sales are final - we do not accept returns for refund or exchange on warehouse sale items unless the item is genuinely faulty.

During our warehouse sales, stock sells FAST! Regrettably, this can mean that our stock system cannot keep up with our website. Occasionally, we may oversell stock. In this instance, we will refund you before your parcel leaves our warehouse.

In order to cover our dispatch costs, we must charge $10 shipping for AU and $25 shipping for NZ for each order placed during the warehouse sale.

Whilst our warehouse team try their very hardest to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, please expect it to take between 3 - 6 working days for your items to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email when your parcel is on its way to you.
