We get it, sometimes you have to return an item you have purchased from us!

We want you to love shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30 day return or exchange policy.

It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive at our office, and for us to undergo a quality check and process your refund. We will email you once we receive your item. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

If you believe the product you received is faulty, please let us know within 30 days of receipt.  If you do not let us know within this period, we will assume that you are happy with your order and that your items are satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after 30 days of receipt.

All faulty items returned to us will be checked by our Quality Control Team. If it is agreed that the product is faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the item as well as the postage cost.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for paying the delivery charges. Please ensure that the parcel is secure and that you use a postal service that insures for the value of the items that you are posting and that offers tracking options. We are not responsible for any return that is lost in transit.


  • Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • We do not accept returns on items on sale or during warehouse sales
  • You must fill out the returns form enclosed in your order and send it back with your product. If you’ve misplaced your returns form, you can download a new one from here.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed unstained and unperfumed
  • Products must have all swing tags still attached
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or change of mind items
  • We do not offer free returns – you must cover the cost of postage yourself
